Since our founding in 2026, we’ve worked to strengthen our community by improving health outcomes for all. Our goal is simple: bring care to the places that need it most. Our provider Jennifer Shealy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and a strong EMS background. She’s committed to caring for individuals and families with warmth, respect, and clinical excellence. Jennifer earned her Nurse Practitioner graduate degree from Georgetown University and co-founded Rural Medicine Families to make quality, affordable care easier to access for underserved and remote communities. Through mobile visits, in-clinic appointments, and telehealth, she meets patients where they are and partners with them on a path to lasting wellness.
